Our Process

Raw Material Selection

High-quality scraps, sponge iron and other raw materials are selected to ensure the production of superior steel.

Melting and Refining

The raw materials are melted in furnaces, and the molten steel is refined to achieve the desired chemical composition.

Continuous Casting

The refined molten steel is casted into billets through continuous casting machines, ensuring uniformity and consistency with the help of automated CCM.

Rolling

The hot billets are passed through rolling mills passes to achieve the desired size and shape of the TMT bars.

Quenching

The hot rolled bars undergo rapid cooling through a series of water jets, forming a hardened outer surface (Martensite) while maintaining a softer core (Pearlite & Ferrite).

Self-Tempering

The residual heat from the core tempers the outer martensitic layer ( in tempered martensite), enhancing ductility and strength.

Cooling

The bars are allowed to cool at ambient temperature, & completing the thermo-mechanical treatment process.
